For the way I use storage in my van, I'd choose the RUX 70L. I own two and use them as a removable closet for my clothes, so being able to mount them off the floor, keep them open for easy access, and carry them inside when I need to matters more to me than having a rigid case.
Choose the RUX 70L if you want collapsible storage that works as an off-floor storage system, stays open for easy access, and carries like a tote, duffel, or backpack. I think it's especially useful for clothing and other soft goods.
Choose the YETI GoBox 60 if you need a rigid case for gear that needs more protection and don't need the flexibility or mounting system I get from the RUX.

Weight & Volume: RUX 70L vs GoBox 60
RUX 70L: 70L capacity and 6.4 lbs empty. It's much easier for me to lift to wall height, carry into the van, or take inside. It also collapses when empty.
YETI GoBox 60:17.2 lbs empty. The rigid construction adds considerably more weight, but that's part of what gives you the additional impact protection and structure of a hard case.

RUX 70L: Stays open when parked, making it easy to see and grab what I need. It also has multiple carry options, including tote, duffel, and backpack-style carry.
YETI GoBox 60: Opens like a traditional chest, with the contents protected inside a rigid shell. It's carried using the built-in handles.
Mounting & Space Use: L-Track Hanging vs Floor/Stacking
This is one of the biggest reasons I use the RUX 70L in my van. Getting my clothing storage off the floor gives me usable space underneath instead of having two large bins taking up floor space.
RUX 70L: Hangs off the floor via Utility Rails + Hooks on L‑track (van) or slatwall (garage). Frees the floor for shoes/crates.
GoBox 60: Not designed to hang; typically rides on the floor, platform, or in a bed rack.

Verdict: RUX 70L or YETI GoBox 60?
For my van, the RUX 70L is the better choice. I use two of them for clothing, and the ability to mount them off the floor is something a rigid gear box can't give me. I can keep them open when I'm parked, see what I have, and take an entire RUX inside when I need to.
That doesn't make the RUX better for everything. If I were storing fragile equipment or gear that needed rigid protection, I'd choose the YETI GoBox 60. These two boxes solve different storage problems, and that's really the deciding factor.

Is the RUX 70L waterproof? The RUX 70L is highly weather-resistant. You can also add the Press Seal Lid when you want a tighter seal against water and dust.
Can the YETI GoBox 60 hang on L-track? The GoBox 60 is a rigid case and isn't designed around an L-track hanging system. That's one of the reasons the RUX works better for my van setup.
Can the RUX 70L protect fragile gear like a hard case? No. The RUX is soft-sided. If protecting fragile equipment from impacts or crushing is the priority, I'd choose a rigid case like the YETI GoBox 60.
